Did you know our SWPS teachers will have an opportunity to add $26,551 to their salary beginning in 2024-2025? This is exciting news and a great way for us to RECRUIT, REWARD AND RETAIN our teachers! This is $3,000 more than what surrounding districts can earn!

The Teacher Incentive Allotment Committee continues to meet biweekly to develop the components of our Local Designation System, and we are on track to submit our application on April 17, 2023. With buy-in from all stakeholders, we have selected to continue with our current and state adopted appraisal system T-TESS, and utilize Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) to measure Student Growth beginning in the 2023-2024 school year!
