The Kailee Mills Foundation visited Discovery Middle and Empowerment High Schools on November 3, 2023, to conduct a Seat Belt Safety presentation.
During the presentation, students were reminded of the critical importance of buckling their seat belts, and they were encouraged to commit to prioritizing their safety by wearing seat belts consistently. We are thrilled to share the encouraging results from the post-presentation survey: 93% of students who participated in the survey expressed their commitment to wearing their seat belts regularly after the Kailee Mills Foundation presentation. This represents a remarkable 17% improvement from the beginning of the presentation.
This overwhelmingly positive response demonstrates the effectiveness of educational initiatives like the one we organized with the Kailee Mills Foundation. The safety of our staff and students is and will always be our top priority. We are dedicated to providing events and programs that contribute to the well-being of students, staff, and the community.
