The role of Business Services at Southwest Public Schools is to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting and fiscal reporting and includes the following functions:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

• Budget and Cash Flow Projections and Management

• Vendor and Procurement Management

• Financial Analysis

• Compliance Reporting

The goal of Business Services are to ensure the district’s financial stability and to attain Above Standard Achievement Charter FIRST Rating.
